We have stayed at the President Hotel on a number of occasions ( at least once or twice a year) over the last 6 years, and have never been disappointed by either the quality or service offered by the hotel. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone who is thinking of staying in Prague

Very pleasant hotel with extremely helpful staff at the reception desk. Hotel is clean, attractive, many amenities. Breakfast that comes with room is excellent. Some things could be improved - there was no box of tissues, just a small packet of 3-4, necessitating use of toilet paper when they ran out. There is no clock in the room. Wifi is free, which is great, but the desk did not have an open electrical outlet and I had to unplug a lamp to plug in computer. Overall, this is a superb hotel with great location. I definitely would stay there again as first choice in Prague.

Pillows were a bit too soft, but other than that.....Awesome and friendly staff, more than willing to help us with anything that we asked or needed. We will come back to visit you soon! Thank you again for all that you did to make our stay an enjoyable experience.

We stayed at the President in July after staying in other hotels in Prague previously. This was the best. Clean, smart, good service and two lovely rooms that were spacious, clean and with excellent bathrooms. Breakfast was served in a lovely setting overlooking the river and had some very good choices. the website for the hotel is superb and the place is now our hotel of choice when in Prague. The location is wonderful, just 10 mins easy walk from the Old Town Square, situated right on the river, it is both impressive and convenient.

We found the hotel staff very courteous, amiable and extremely willing to help. Being Jewish we could not eat at breakfast but the staff bent over backwards to accomodate us in our religous dietary needs

The stay at your hotel was generally very satisfactory. The only problem was the air conditioning system. It works badly or rather not work at all

I have made reservation on "smokers" room, but when I came to the hotel, I found out that my room was for none smokers.. and there was not any free rooms to make change. So I was a little disappointed. On the other hand, I am rather satisfied with the hotel service and stuff. I am sure, when I am in Prague next time, I will stay at your hotel again.
