
Summer Chef´s Show
July 8th, August 5th, September 8th&9th, 2009
Our popular Chef´s Show continued throughout the summer; however, instead of being held in the Vltava Restaurant as in the colder months, it took place on the terrace of the Presidential Suite. Apart from stunning views and the great summer’s evening atmosphere, guests enjoyed barbecued meat specialties, refreshing summer salads, fresh fruit and delectable desserts. Milan Pesek, our Executive Chef, prepared the meat specialties on a barbecue right in front of the guests, who, in the process, could pick up a number of useful tips to use for their own summer barbecue parties!
After dark, the terrace was lit up by candles, treating the guests to a stunning view of Prague by night. And not only did the guests spend a great evening, but they also received brochures filled with the recipes of dishes they had enjoyed to take home with them and try out on their own. The Summer Chef´s Show was such a great success that it will surely be featured in our summer culinary agenda next year!
