The President Hotel honours its Business Partners

On Thursday, 7th February, Guillermo Olivares, General Manager of the President Hotel honoured the hotel’s most productive business partners with its annual „President Awards“ ceremony.
Awards were given to those tour operators and international companies that, during the year 2007, were the biggest users of the President Hotel’s services. Winner of first position in the tour operator’s category was Lazaris Travel Service, whilst first position in the corporate category was occupied by Medtronic Czechia. Giving out the awards, Mr Olivares thanked all of the hotel’s business partners for their great co-operation during the previous year.
This year´s event was themed in the style of a “Cruise around the World”. Guests were welcomed „on board“ by beautiful hostesses dressed as sailors, and by the “captain of the boat”, Mr. Olivares and had the opportunity to enjoy a range of musicians and dancers, including the Cuban band “Son caliente” and a number of performances by Hawaiian, Brazilian, Indian, African and Egyptian dancers. They could also have a portrait made of themselves by a Parisian caricaturist, or try the traditional Thai massage on offer by professional masseurs from the TAWAN Thai Massage Centre in the Hotel President.
This was the third President Award ceremony and is now becoming a real tradition and although next year’s awards are a long time in the future, the hotel management is already thinking about how to surprise their business partners next time around.
