New à la carte menu in the Vltava Restaurant

It is now four years since the experienced Head Chef, Milan Pesek, joined President Hotel team, and he has been one of the biggest reasons behind the Vltava Restaurant’s success, with his extensive knowledge of French Cuisine and his willingness to experiment with ideas and promotions such as the regular ‚flavours‘ of other countries, and the monthly Chef Shows.

From 1st March, 2010 the Vltava Restaurant will offer a brand new ‚A La Carte‘ menu which, whilst being inspired by Milan’s many years of training in France, will also incorporate some real Czech specialities as well as a number of other different dishes, including those prepared especially for vegetarians and guests with a gluten-free diet.  

Visitors to the Vltava Restaurant during March and April have the unique opportunity of tasting some of these new delicacies by ordering a three-course ‚tasting menu‘, on offer at this time for just CZK 900 per person
