Mixed salad of rucola and baby spinach with olives, basil pesto and Parmesan cheese
Roman salad with sour cream, yoghurt, garlic and pepper piperade with bacon

Grilled Argentine tenderloin and prime rib steak on fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary, lavender)
