Hotel President´s pastry chef Martin Pašingr has prepared a new refreshing cake according to a favourite French recepee. Cacao corpus, cream containing vanilla and orange peel, pieces of orange, all this sprinkled with the Orange liquer Grand Marnier and encrusted by Dama paste similar to marzipan.
Diameter of the cake is 20 cm.
